Delivery time may vary depending on your city and courier service availability.
Estimated delivery time:
1-2 working in Lahore
2–5 working days in other cities and remote areas
Delivery delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, courier delays, or incorrect address details.

Shipping Charges

Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Please provide accurate name, phone number, and complete address at checkout. Sova Organics will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, or email where available.
Failed Delivery
If the courier is unable to deliver the parcel due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or no response, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Missing Parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and clear pictures of the parcel.
